Bosilovo (Macedonian: Општина Босилово, Opština Bosilovo) is a municipality in southeastern Republic of Macedonia. Bosilovo is also the name of the village where the municipal seat is found. Bosilovo Municipality is part of Southeastern Statistical Region.

The municipality borders Vasilevo Municipality to the northwest, Berovo Municipality to the northeast, Novo Selo Municipality to the southeast, and Strumica Municipality to the southwest.
